I like your designs but they don't work with my wedding colours. Can I get your design in my colours?
That depends on the design choice. Some of my designs are very open to colour changes and others depend on the cardstock colours that are available. Please contact me directly via email and I will talk you through this.
Will you create a bespoke design for my wedding?
I do take on a limited number of bespoke design requests. I love to do this kind of work -- it opens up my style to new
techniques and creative possibilities. If you want to work with me just contact me directly and let me know what you
are looking for.
When do I need to place my invitation order?
I recommend you place your order at least 8 weeks prior to when you want to post them out.
You should be posting your invitations no later than 6 weeks prior to the event. Give yourself plenty of time to address and
stuff your envelopes. This is not a job you want to rush.
If your wedding is abroad you may wish to add at least an extra 4 . 6 weeks to this as it gives your guests the time they need to plan a their travel, accommodation and time off work. If you know your wedding abroad date well in advance, give your guests prior warning with the handy "Save the Date" card. You can then follow up with the formal invitation closer to the day when you have all your venue information ready.
How does the ordering process work?
I work with you to get the colour, paper stock and details just right for your requirements. I will send you digital proofs of all
your design work for you see and approve or change. When you happy with the result I will process your order with the printers.
If you are ordering any time between March to July the waiting time for your order may be up 30 working days espcially if
you are opting for the letterpress printing.
Do you accept returns?
Once final digital proof has been signed off by you and has gone into production the sale is final. I know it's boring but please
read the terms and conditions that accompany your final proof. Please proofread your copy carefully. Ask another person to
proof it for you as well. I have been in the graphics business for a long time and know that it is very easy to over look common mistakes.
